SGS Heavy Duty Track System Load Testing At Egood's Workshop

on 29Sep,2020, SGS company organized a site testing facibility at Egood's Second workshop for the heavy duty steel track and aluminum track durability testing.

Test requirement:
Horizontal slide (loading) and durability test of sliding partition door track
Assemble the track and two sets of casters on the test frame provided by applicant. Load
the track and rollers with load of 1860 kg, and connect the test frame to a cycling machine
which can lead the frame move back and forth. A cycle consists of push the frame to 600
mm forward and pull back to the original position (total 1,200 mm). The number of test
cycle is 20,000 and the frequency is 6±2 times per minute.
After the test, the track and wheels shall keep its function.
Load testing :1860kg
Test result: Pass
