Egood movable framed glass partition consist of standard thickness of 65mm and 85mm aluminum frame and tempered /glazing glass. Each panel has top and bottom sweep seal and a total 45mm gap for suspension.The frame finish is in clear anodized color,also powder coating is available for customizing colors.

Manufacturing process:

Aluminum frame finished in powder coated Vermilion. Holes need to be exactly drilled along the frame.

Thread PVC seal in concave and convex aluminum profile.

Frame assembling.

Insert pieces glass and fix with glass glue.

Polish the edges and angles of the profile.

Take measurement to ensure every single partition is produced in exact size.

Clean surface of the total movable panel before packing.

All panels are under strict quality control system and well packed with waterproof package.
